OUR BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•  All Room Rates quoted are per room/suites
•  Deposit - a minimum of 20% (Non Refundable) Deposit is required before your Booking is Confirmed
•  Balance payment for the total booking amount is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

All Bookings less than six weeks in advance - Payment in full is required.

•  Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 persons in 2 Bedroom Suites.
•  All Rooms and Suites rates quoted INCLUDE 7% government taxes.
•  All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•  All Cancellations of 30 days or less before arrival date and No-Shows are Non-Refundable.
•  In the event of an Early Check Out, The Kata Resort will make a charge of the set one day rate.
•  Check In Time is after 2 pm;
•  Check Out Time is before 12 Noon.
•  All above rates are quoted on a per night basis, and valid for up to 2 Guests.
•  Payments can be made to us by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Cash or Money Transfer
